Father of five children, married to Esther Cundari Healey
Paul K. Healey is dedicated to excellent client service and has built a reputation of obtaining high quality legal results.
Paul went to Suffolk University Law School while working as a sergeant for the midnight to 8 a.m. shift for the Hingham Police Department. He served as a judicial law clerk at the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Paul worked as an associate for Sugarman & Sugarman before joining Amabile & Burkly, P.C. fifteen years ago. Paul's practice is primarily in state courts and he is admitted to practice in the District of Massachusetts and First Circuit Court of Appeals as well as the United States Supreme Court.
Paul is also a 13 year member of the Hingham Planning Board (http://www.hingham-ma.com/planning/index.html) and is presently involved in the review process for the Hingham Shipyard project. Past projects he has reviewed include the Derby Shoppes, Serono Labs, the Blue Cross Blue Shield subdivision in South Hingham, Linden Ponds, and numerous residential subdivisions. He is a long time member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society at St. Paul's Church in Hingham.
Paul enjoys mountain climbing and has multiple summits on Mount Rainier (14,400') in Seattle, Washington and recently summitted Mount Kilmanjaro (19,400') in Tanzania, Africa. He enjoys climbing Mount Washington in the White Mountain range in New Hampshire with his family.
