Jim Burkly is my go to Lawyer. Smart, professional there to help his clients when they need him. He handled my grandson's accident very well. When I was rear ended and had to deal with my own insurance company and the other drivers. He handled it smoothly and efficiently. My own Company questioned my rental car as soon as I said I had an attorney they released the pending notice they put on the rental. I can't recommend Jim Bradbury highly enough! Dealing with workers comp is a nightmare. It's wildly complex and if you don't have expert representation you will get walked on by the insurance companies. You need someone like him in your corner to fight for your fair treatment. I only regret not using him far earlier in the process.He knows the process and the people involved inside and out. He is a specialist, it's all he does. He consistently demonstrates his decades of knowledge through his crystal clear and honest explanations. Always pleasant and driven to fight for you. He will go the extra mile for you like he did for me.There are limits on what this field can charge for service. Cost is the same for any lawyer for this issue. Why wouldn't hire the best if it all costs the same. He doesn't benefit if you don't. Don't go it alone, you are facing behemoths guarding their treasure.
